Dr. Chase Edwards received a Bachelor of Science in Animal Science with a Minor in Biology from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville in 2020, and just recently graduated from Lincoln Memorial University in May of 2025 as a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine.
Dr. Chase was born and raised in Concord, NC, and his love for animals and nature began very young as he explored the woods of eastern Tennessee with his grandfather, a long-time Tennessee Wildlife Resource Agent. He began his career in veterinary medicine at 13 years old, shadowing a veterinarian in his hometown, and was hired as a kennel assistant shortly after. Dr. Chase worked his way up to veterinary assistant and was hired as a full-time assistant at Tenth Street in 2020, working with us for a year prior to leaving for veterinary school.
Dr. Chase’s interests in veterinary medicine lie in dermatology and surgery, and, as a new graduate, he is looking forward to building lasting relationships with his clients to ensure their pets can get the best care possible. Outside of the office, Dr. Chase is a huge Tennessee Volunteers fan and enjoys going to breweries, the beach, and spending time with friends and family.
